I will start to feel it but I control my endorphins. I also feel them if im slamming my 22 pound two handled medball as hard as i can i to my gut. But I control that also. I used to regularly get them climbing the rope in pe lessons. It feels absolutely beautiful.

Yeah man, had exactly the same experience. Then started to get them while doing other exercises too. Push ups and pull ups mostly.

Didn't no where to post this new here so I hope it's right. So obviously physical fitness and a strong core is a very important part of fighting. So, I was wondering, has anyone encountered coregasm when they were exercising or forced workouts, or being gut punched? It's a thing that happens when I go into my intense ab exercises. Wondering if I'm the only one, it's so embarrassing.

Well, I've done my research and have more of an understanding of it now. It's not happening like it was. And I know the triggers so I know when to shift.
