I like doing muay thai clinch and knees then a series of alternating knee strikes with ankle weights. Jump knees as well. Kettle bell swings are good too.
Hello fighters. Am getting back into wrestling and need to get my endurance back up again, so I don’t peter out before I can reverse or actually execute a submission. I have decent aerobic endurance (eg I have no problems running) but it seems not to transfer to wrestling!
Short of “just wrestle a lot” what regimens do you all do to improve wrestling endurance or stamina? I have gym access but don’t always have mats.
