Hi guys, I thought id ask a serious question of fitness as I'm getting more active with wrestling and would like some advice and suggestions of whats best for toning up with size and strength, I already use dumb bell weights and together with a very healthy diet get out running every evening.
Currently I'm 6ft with a stocky frame a 42" Chest, 36" waist, hoping to slim down the stomach, waist and rear then beef up the chest and arms, ( Sorry I should say I have asked personal trainers but due to a nut allergy most diets don't work )
