Just imagine him tied up tight, blindfolded, completely exposed with no clue where the next brutal hit is coming from. We’d take turns working his abs from every angle—standing with arms stretched high, laid out flat on the ground, arched over a bench, or strapped down to the bed. And once we’ve softened him up with deep, crushing punches, we’d move into trampling—boots grinding into his sore belly, one of us pinning him down while the other stomps and presses in slow, punishing rhythm. No breaks, no mercy… just the kind of relentless gut abuse we both love to deliver.
