Looking forward to more matches in 2022. Am looking for give and take wrestle with mild submission - no cranking up of holds but more in a cooperative and sane way. Regular sessions of a good length to build up stamina would be of interest to get to know limits and push them further. Would be ideal to find a coach but realise I am late to the game.
