We desperately need a guy who can referee the bouts at our weekly club sessions!
I am pretty much crap at refereeing and better at organising and coaching so if you were interested I'd like to hear from you.
You need to be fast moving, strict and able to judge pins and subs properly. You also need to intervene where you see dangerous situations developing on the mats.
