2023 - Earned my purple belt
2024 - Promote five of my white belt students to blue and prep two others for their test early next year. Figure out how/what to teach color belts as I've been teaching white belts for five years. Improve my own skills alongside them.
My goal for last year was to pluk up the courage to start bjj.. It was my therapists idea actually. My goal this year is to loose 10kg and to become more comfortable while being uncomfortable. Sometimes I panic alittle.. this is something Ive always had and now trting to I learn to deal with this. Osu

2023: the year I started BJJ. Got my 3rd stipe by the end of that year. Survial year
